Terms of service

1. Scope and provider

These terms govern the use of AgentReady at ai-agent-ready.com, including the free AgentReady Check, AgentReady Monitor, the public API at /api/v1, the MCP server and the plugins for third-party platforms (for example WordPress). The provider is Sascha Hoffmann, trading as The Autopilot, Matternstraße 19, 10249 Berlin, Germany (see the legal notice).

Our offer is aimed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. people acting in a commercial or independent professional capacity. By creating an account or starting a paid plan you confirm that you act as a business. Conflicting terms of the customer do not apply.

2. Services

AgentReady Check scans the publicly reachable pages of a domain and shows how well AI agents can read it. It is free. Each scan result is stored and can be opened by anyone who knows its report URL.

AgentReady Monitor regularly asks AI models (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity) buying questions about your category and records their answers, scores and cited sources. The scope per plan (cases, models, languages, frequency, features) is shown on the pricing page at the time of booking.

The API, MCP server and plugins give access to the same functions. Anonymous API use is rate-limited; an API key raises or removes limits as described in the API documentation.

Individual services such as the Fix concierge or an audit are agreed separately; these terms apply unless the individual agreement says otherwise.

3. Account and contract

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. A contract for a paid plan is concluded when you complete the checkout at our payment provider Stripe.

You keep your sign-in email and API keys confidential. API keys can be revoked at any time under Account & API; you are responsible for use of the account and of keys you issued until they are revoked.

4. Trial

The trial is free and lasts 14 days. It requires no payment details and ends automatically; it does not turn into a paid plan unless you book one.

5. Prices and payment

Current prices: Starter 49 EUR per month, Pro 149 EUR per month. Prices are net and subject to statutory VAT where applicable. The price shown at checkout applies.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. If a payment fails, we may suspend measurements until it has been made; results already produced remain available.

6. Term and cancellation

Paid plans run month by month with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time in the Stripe customer portal (reachable from the dashboard) with effect from the end of the current billing period. There is no pro-rata refund for the remaining period.

We can terminate with 30 days' notice to the end of a billing period. The right of either party to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.

7. Your obligations

You only create Monitor cases for companies and brands you are authorised to represent, and you provide accurate information (in particular the fact sheet).

You do not use AgentReady to overload, attack or scrape third-party systems, you do not circumvent rate limits (for example by rotating keys or IP addresses) and you do not resell access without our consent.

8. Results and third-party AI answers

Monitor results are answers generated by third-party AI models. We record them verbatim; we neither adopt them as our own statements nor guarantee that they are accurate, complete or stable. Scores are measurements at a point in time and may change without any action on your part.

Check results describe the technical state of a website at the time of the scan. They are recommendations, not a guarantee that AI systems will read, cite or recommend a website.

9. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages of third-party providers (including the AI models we query) and force majeure can cause interruptions.

We may develop the service further and change individual features, as long as the core of the booked plan is preserved and the change is reasonable for you.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act and to the extent of any guarantee we have given.

For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation (one whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible and on which you may regularly rely), and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded.

11. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, a data processing agreement is available on request.

12. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms with effect for the future. We will notify you by email at least four weeks before a change takes effect. If you do not object before that date, the amended terms apply; we will point this out in the notification. If you object, either party may terminate the contract as of the date the change takes effect.

13. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or have no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin.

Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
